After living all over the Southeast, my husband and I chose to return to Chattanooga in 2014 when we had the luxury of choosing where we wanted to live. We built a house in the fast-growing Black Creek Mountain development on the west side of the city and love living there for the convenience to downtown -- only 12 minutes from my driveway to the Fletcher Bright building -- and all the amenities the community offers.

I am excited to see how the Chattanooga market is exploding. The city truly offers something for everyone, with an amazing range of price points for homes, and extremely competitive cost of living compared to other cities like Nashville and Atlanta. Chattanooga's neighborhoods take in all the beauty of the region, from Lookout and Signal Mountains to the lakes, and urban neighborhoods like the North Shore, Southside and St Elmo.

Chattanooga has been recognized nationally for exceptional quality of life in articles in the Wall Street Journal, Outdoors Magazine's 'Best Town Ever,' and Retirement Living's 'Best Places to Retire.' The city is often selected to host national meetings and competititve outdoor events, and CHA offers direct flights to Charlotte, Atlanta, Detroit, Chicago, Orlando, New York and Dallas -- putting you just one flight away from anywhere you need to be. Chattanooga also hosts a thriving cultural community with a world-class symphony, jazz and film festivals, multiple music venues attracting everyone from Boz Scaggs to Elton John, a downtown baseball stadium and the renowned Tennessee Aquarium and Children's Discovery Museum. And the amazing Sunday Market attracts thousands of visitors annually.

After working for nearly 15 years as a Realtor in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Kingsport, Tennessee, I spent seven years as president of the Chamber of Commerce in Madisonville, Kentucky prior to our return to Chattanooga. I believe that my professional credentials (Graduate, Realtor Institute; Accredited Buyer Representative; and Certified Residential Specialist) give me the skills I need to provide expert representation to residential buyers and sellers.

Whether you're considering making Chattanooga your home or have lived here all your life, I would love the opportunity to help you find your 'happily ever after' next home. Give me a call and I'll put my energy, enthusiasm and experience to work to make your home purchase or sale easy and efficient!
